We currently provide FREE shipping to all residential and commercial addresses within the lower 48 states of the United States.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes at this time.

SHIPPING TIME

1. In-Stock Products

All in-stock FELYL shower doors are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Orders are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Please note that during high-volume periods or due to carrier constraints, minor delays may occur.

2. Customized Products

Free Standard Shipping Service:
🕓 Estimated delivery time: 8–10 weeks
Custom products are built to order, carefully inspected, and securely packed before shipment. For large-size models (total girth over 400 cm), we use LTL freight service, which may extend the delivery time by approximately 2 additional weeks.

Express Production & Shipping Service:
🕓 Estimated delivery time: 5–6 weeks
Additional shipping cost: $380
This service prioritizes both production and delivery schedules to ensure faster turnaround.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

HOLIDAY ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders placed during recognized U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Observed holidays include (but are not limited to):
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

We strive to maintain our normal shipping times year-round. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions may affect delivery schedules.
If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you promptly and make every effort to return to normal processing as quickly as possible.
